21st of February, just after noon, I had ordered a 'sipping bird' (drinking lucky bird) - today (27th of March) it arrived: broken, no liquid in it, and not even (stains of) liquid in the box. Alas, I don't see the possibility to add a picture.

Please add my money to my credit. They just ignore my messages and keep telling me, 'Wait till you receive the money in the bank.

The last purchase I made was a complete failure; I chatted with you about it. Three times you said to start a dispute to get a refund. Three times I got nothing; I lost 15 euros, and you gave me a coupon for 88 cents. What's wrong with you people? I have been a very long-time satisfied customer and spent a lot of money on your site. The service in the past was so much better and more honest; the last few years, the service got progressively worse. This results in a platform where the sellers are 100 percent protected and the buyers are not protected anymore. I read that you are losing more and more customers; perhaps it would be wise to contemplate this.

I see also that the pool cue is not visible in my order history!! So I don’t see or know an order number.
The hydrogel screen protector is visible in the order history.
